These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and content, including all images, graphics, and media available on www.payhip.com/genevastockphotos (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Eligibility

3.1. License Type:

All images for sale are licensed under a Royalty-Free Editorial Use Licence under the following conditions:

• One-time payment: The buyer pays once and may use the image multiple times without additional costs.
• Non-exclusive use: Other buyers may also purchase and use the same image.
• Editorial and personal use only: Images may be used in editorial or personal contexts such as websites, blogs, social media, presentations, reports, documents, books, and magazines.
• Images cannot be used for commercial purposes, including printing on materials or products intended for resale (e.g., t-shirts, posters, merchandise, or promotional goods).
• No time limit: Once purchased, the licence is permanent and does not expire.

3.2. Attribution Requirement:

Proper attribution must be clearly provided.

• Online: Photo by Geneva Stock Photos or Photo by Discover Countryside Geneva or Photo by Geneva Wanderer (with a hyperlink to this website, if applicable).
• Social media: Photo credit: Geneva Stock Photos or Photo credit: Discover Countryside Geneva or Photo credit: Geneva Wanderer in the post caption.
• Print: Include the attribution line near the image or in an acknowledgments section.

3.3. Restrictions:

• The photo may not be resold, redistributed, or licensed to third parties.
• The image may not be used for advertising, promotional, or any commercial product or service.
• You cannot claim ownership, authorship, or exclusive rights to the image.
• The photo may not be used as part of a logo, trademark, or other brand identity.
• It cannot be used in any way that misrepresents the original context or misattributes credit.
• The image cannot be used in unlawful, defamatory, or misleading ways.
• Using the image in connection with content that promotes hate, discrimination, or illegal activity is not permitted.

3.4. Modification Rights:

You may crop, resize, or make minor colour and exposure adjustments for layout or publication purposes. Overlays or captions are permitted, provided that:

• The original image remains recognizable.
• The required attribution remains visible and intact.

Substantial edits that change the photo’s meaning, subject, or context require our prior written permission.

3.5. Termination

Failure to comply with these terms may result in the immediate revocation of the license. Continued use after revocation is prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including but not limited to text, images, and graphics, is owned by Geneva Stock Photos, by Discover Countryside Geneva and Geneva Wanderer, and is protected by Swiss copyright law, applicable international treaties, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable Swiss or international laws
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our Services
• Use automated tools to scrape, download, or harvest content

6. Payment & Refunds

All prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.

Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion providing there is just reason.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the content will meet your requirements or be error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
